Burnout prevention

1.5 hours live online seminar

Burnout is a complex and multifaceted phenomenon that is not only caused by excessive workload, as is often assumed.

While excessive workload can certainly contribute to burnout, it is important to recognise that burnout can be caused by a combination of different factors that work together to create a "perfect storm". For example, lack of control at work, lack of recognition for effort, unclear demands and expectations, life-work balance etc.

Furthermore, in order to effectively address and prevent burnout, it is essential to consider not only external factors but also internal ones. Is it really the demands imposed on me by others that cause me to work overtime, or is it my own internal factors that push me to do more and more without seeing an end to it?

During the workshop, participants will carry out a self-assessment to find out if they are already experiencing symptoms of burnout, learn how to recognise the early warning signs, and find out what to do to prevent burnout from taking over their lives.
