Burnout prevention

1.5 hours live online seminar

Burnout is a complex and multifaceted phenomenon that is not only caused by excessive workload, as is often assumed. While excessive workload can certainly contribute to burnout, it is important to recognise that burnout can be caused by a combination of different factors that work together to create a "perfect storm". For example, not playing to one's strengths at work, lack of autonomy, feelings of disconnection or inadequacy, lack of recognition for effort and even a misalignment between personal values and the organisation's goals. In addition, burnout can be triggered by poor work-life balance, unresolved conflicts and lack of support systems.

Therefore, taking into account one's own emotional, social and psychological state is crucial to effectively address and prevent burnout.

During the workshop, participants will carry out a self-assessment to find out if they are already experiencing symptoms of burnout, learn how to recognise early warning signs, and learn what to do to prevent burnout in their lives.
