I work with individuals and groups,  who suffer from anxiety disorders, stress, burnout, relationship problems, lack of self-esteem, past traumas which prevent them from fully living a quality life. I use cognitive behavioural therapy methods that are focused on the connection between thoughts, emotions and behaviour.

My name is Vaida, I am a clinical psychologist. Born and raised in Lithuania, however over the past two decades, I've lived in Finland, Spain, The Netherlands and Switzerland, calling each place home along the way. My nearly 20 years of professional experience involving projects in international and multi-cultural companies gives me a unique perspective and experience in the day to day private and professional issues that people encounter.

Having a deep understanding of the corporate world, I work with a lot of ambitious professionals to create a change that allows them to find a balance between outer success and inner happiness and peace. 

I specialise in trauma stemming from unmet emotional needs in childhood. My focus lies in assisting adult daughters with complex mother-daughter relationships seeking to restore emotional balance and well-being. This often involves prioritising their own needs, establishing boundaries, eliminating the burden of pleasing others, and improving relationships with partners, parents, and themselves.

In addition to private sessions, I also organise well-acclaimed workshops tailored for companies seeking to equip their employees with insights and tools pertaining to stress management, navigating personality differences in the workplace, effective time management, and more. These workshops aim to enhance employee well-being and productivity while fostering a supportive and harmonious work environment.
